THE PERFECT RECIPE FOR AN ON THE RUN BREAKFAST!
INGREDIENTS (Serves 1)
- 1 banana
- 1 ¼ cups rolled oats
- 2 tablespoons Bodyhero Rich Chocolate protein powder
- 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder (optional)
- 1 cup plant based milk
- ⅓ cup water
- 1 ½ tablespoons flax seeds
- ½ cup fresh mixed berries
METHOD
Place banana in a bowl and mash with a fork until pureed. Add oats, protein powder, cocoa powder, plant milk, water, flax seeds, and berries; stir well and transfer to a mason jar.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Enjoy for breakfast the next day.
