We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to change your mind and request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.



You can return unopened Powder Pouches and Powder Sachets (within 30 days of receipt) for a refund. We cannot accept returns of opened powder pouches or sachets.

We suggest that you return sachets and pouches in a box not an envelope as we cannot refund you for sachets received that we cannot re-sell.

We will not refund your postage costs.



If you purchased a box of Ready-to-drink shakes, bars or sachets you can return any unopened box (within 30 days of receipt) for a refund. 

We do not accept returns of opened and part-used boxes.

We suggest that you return boxes in the packaging you received them in and via a tracked delivery service, as we cannot refund you for sachets received that we cannot re-sell.

We will not refund your postage costs.



Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive a faulty item then you must first contact us to discuss the nature of the fault and decide on the next steps at Hopefully we can easily resolve the issue and replace your item at no cost to you.  In some instances you may be required to return the item to us to investigate before we decide on what further action to take.  This will be at your own cost.  If we established that the item was faulty then that postage cost will be refunded.



To start a return, please first contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Any opened perishable items cannot be returned, unless faulty. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not refund postage costs on returned items unless they are faulty.



We work quickly to pick and pack your items. Unfortunately, this means your order can't be amended or cancelled once you've placed it. This includes swapping products, changing your delivery address, and changing payment methods. You can always return any unwanted orders to us for a refund (less postage costs).



If you reject your order at the door we will refund you once the parcel has reached our fulfilment centre. Our carriers charge us £10 for getting the parcel back to us, so this amount will be deducted from your refund to cover this cost.
