HOW TO USE THE BODYHERO SHAKER WITH BODYHERO PROTEIN POWDER
NEAT: Add 2 heaped tablespoons or 1 sachet of Bodyhero protein powder to 300ml of water or plant-based milk. Shake gently. Vigorous shaking may create a foamy shake.
BREAKFAST: Blend 2 heaped tablespoons or 1 sachet of Bodyhero protein powder with your favourite smoothie recipe (try banana, frozen blueberries, peanut butter & plant milk)
AFTER EXERCISE: Either of the above. Try adding some gluten free oats to boost your carb replenishment.
FOR KETO: Try adding a source of good fats such as desiccated coconut, MCT Oil or nut butter.
The amount and type of water or plant milk you add will affect sweetness and thickness. Best served cold or with ice. Note too vigorous shaking may result in a frothy shake. Bodyhero mixes really easily so there’s no need to overly shake it. Vigorous shaking may result in foaming – this is perfectly normal and simply demonstrates the purity of our pea protein isolate having absolutely no fillers or anti-foaming agents added.
